More cash reward for Sooryavanshi as Bihar CM honours U19 WC heroIPL

Fourteen-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was awarded Rs 50 lakh by Bihar CM Nitish Kumar for his U-19 World Cup heroics. He starred in the final with a stunning 175 off 80 balls and was named Player of the Tournament with 439 runs. The youngest IPL debutant and centurion, he was signed by Rajasthan Royals for ₹1.1 crore and is seen as a future cricket star.
